Revision and Refund Policy
Please Read These Terms Carefully Before Using our Service!
The company is held responsible for delivering the service in a timely manner and according to the Customer requirements as indicated while initiating the order by the customer. Should any of the company's commitments be violated, the customer is entitled to a partial reimbursement according to our policy.
An additional (not mentioned before) revision request is welcomed, however, it will be treated as a new task as it was not mentioned initially and customers will have to pay for it. Therefore, it will not be considered as a edit/revision.
A customer has 10 days (for assignments) and 25 days (for thesis and dissertations) from the selected delivery date to approve the final paper and after that, it would be considered as a properly written paper. In other words, it means that the customer is pleased with the service.
Important to note that customers can CONTACT US any time regarding any queries and it shall be resolved within a TAT (Turn- around time) of 24 hours.
The customer is entitled to have UNLIMITED EDITS/ REVISIONS (on initial provided requirements only, no fresh requirement to be entertained), if you are not satisfied with the work and if the paper has not followed the provided requirements, but there shall be no refund as the content is already written and it cannot be undone.
A full refund is allowed within 3 hours of the purchase (not applicable for urgent orders), if for some reason or the other you do not need the service. After 6 hours if the order is cancelled from your end there shall be a partial refund of 50% only (not applicable for urgent orders). Any cancellations after 12 hours from booking will not be entertained for any refund. Please be informed that orders with a deadline of 1-3 days from the date of booking/purchase are considered as urgent orders!
